Special clause under the Article 36 agreement: During busy periods for assigned duties, 8 hours per day, 80 hours per month (up to 6 times per year), 720 hours per year

Requirements

• Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)
• Home Helper Level 2
• Home Helper Level 1
Any one of the above qualifications is acceptable
Applicants without a qualification may also be considered (a qualification acquisition program is available for those without a qualification)
Care work experience required
For inexperienced applicants, qualification training and a cost-subsidy program are available. Open to discussion (you can obtain the Kaigo Fukushishi qualification through 3 years of practical work and training)
Age restriction: 18–59 years (reason for the age restriction: late-night work, and the retirement age as the upper limit of recruitment)
