· Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Level 2)
· Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)

Age 64 or under (because the retirement age is the upper limit)
Experience and education not required
Career gaps accepted
New graduates accepted
