Requirements

Even people with no experience or no qualifications will be hired if they are motivated about care work. In the past, people have joined without qualifications, obtained qualifications with company support for qualification acquisition and pay during that period, and still work as core staff. Last year as well, 2 people who joined without qualifications and obtained qualifications are still employed.
