Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)
Completers of Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu)
Completers of Care Worker Practical Training (Jitsumusha Kenshu)
Dementia Care Basic Training
* Any one of these qualifications is acceptable

At least 1 year of practical experience required
Age: up to 59 (retirement age as the upper limit)
Education: high school or above
