*Almost no overtime. Dedicated staff break rooms are provided on each floor, so you can take lunch at a relaxed pace in the break room, and you can nap during night shifts.

Requirements

People who have completed Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu) and Care Worker Practical Training (Jitsumusha Kenshu).
