Requirements

Holders of either Care Worker Practical Training (Jitsumusha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Level 1) completion or Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Level 2) completion are acceptable
Ordinary motor vehicle driver’s license required (automatic-only acceptable)
Age 64 or under (retirement age as the upper limit)
Education and experience not required
