(Overnight duty: standby staff who respond in emergencies. 22:30–6:00 the next day is on-site standby time.)

• Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)
• Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Level 2)
• Care Worker Practical Training (Jitsumusha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Level 1 / Basic Training)
* Career breaks accepted
* Age 64 or under (because the retirement age is 65)
