• Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)
• Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Level 2)
• Care Worker Practical Training (Jitsumusha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Level 1)
*Those with a care qualification may apply even without experience (senior staff will provide careful guidance, so you can work with peace of mind)
*Career breaks accepted
*Age 64 or under (because mandatory retirement is at 65)
