· Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Level 2)
· Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)

Ages 18–64 (upper limit based on night work and mandatory retirement)
Experience and education not required
