Requirements

• Completers of Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu)
• Completers of Care Worker Practical Training (Jitsumusha Kenshu)
• Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)
Persons who hold any one of the qualifications above

• Regular motor vehicle driver’s license (automatic-only acceptable)
• Able to use a computer (data-entry level)
*Education, experience, and career gaps not required
