Requirements

Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Level 2) or Care Worker Practical Training (Jitsumusha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Level 1 / Basic Training)
Education and experience not required
18 years of age or older (night work by minors is prohibited)
