Requirements

<Qualifications>
Applicants who hold any one of the following qualifications
- Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Level 2)
- Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)

<Education>
- No requirement
- Inexperienced applicants accepted

<Age restrictions>
- Ages 18 to 64 inclusive (because the retirement age is 65)
- After 22:00, only persons 18 years of age or older are permitted
(Prohibition of late-night work by minors under the Labor Standards Act)
