Application requirement: Holders of Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)

Requirements

Completers of Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Level 2)
Up to 64 years of age (because of the 65-year mandatory retirement system)
Able to perform simple data entry using the care support system and iPad
Education background not required
