· Ordinary motor vehicle license (automatic-only acceptable)

· One of the following is required: Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification), Jitsumusha Kenshu (practical care-worker training), or Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu)
