<Qualifications>
Holders of any of the following qualifications
• Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Level 2)
• Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)
• Inexperienced applicants accepted

<Education>
• No requirement

<Age restriction>
• From 22:00 onward, only persons aged 18 or over are permitted
(Prohibition of late-night work by minors under the Labor Standards Act)
