Requirements

Any one of the following qualifications:
- Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)
- Completers of Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu)
- Home Helper Level 2
Night-shift work experience at a care facility or similar: required
Required PC skills: logging in and out of care software and entering records
Age restriction applies: up to 64 years of age, because the retirement age is 65
Education: high school or above
