Requirements

Holders of any of the following qualifications
• Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)
• Jitsumusha Kenshu (Practical Training for care workers)
• Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Level 2)
People with no experience or with a career gap are also welcome; training is provided so you can work with peace of mind.
