Holders of any of the following qualifications
• Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Level 2)
• Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)

• Inexperienced applicants welcome

<Age restriction>
• 18–64 (because mandatory retirement is at 65)
• Work after 22:00 is limited to those aged 18 or over (prohibition of late-night work for minors under the Labor Standards Act)
