<Qualifications>
Applicants who hold any of the following qualifications
• Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Level 2)
• Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)
• Inexperienced applicants accepted

<Education>
• No requirement

<Age restrictions>
• Employment ends at age 64
• Work after 22:00 is limited to persons 18 years of age or older (prohibition of late-night work by minors under the Labor Standards Act)
