Requirements

Holders of any of the following: Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification), Jitsumusha Kenshu (practical care-worker training), or Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu)
Inexperienced applicants and those returning after a career gap are welcome if they hold a qualification!

Able to work a 3-shift schedule (no night shifts) or a 4-shift schedule (with night shifts)
