• Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Level 2)
• Care Worker Practical Training (Jitsumusha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Level 1)
• Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)

Inexperienced applicants welcome

• Ages 18–64 (because the retirement age is 65)
• From 22:00 onward, only those 18 or older are permitted (prohibition of late-night work for minors under the Labor Standards Act)
