Applicants who hold any of the following qualifications
- Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Level 2)
- Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)
- Inexperienced applicants welcome

<Education>
- No requirement

<Age restrictions>
- Employment ends at age 64
- After 22:00, only persons 18 years of age or older are permitted (prohibition of late-night work by minors under the Labor Standards Act)
