Completion of Care Worker Practical Training (Jitsumusha Kenshu)
Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)

Ordinary automobile driver’s license (automatic-transmission-only licenses also acceptable)
No age restriction
No educational background restriction
