Requirements

<Any one of the following qualifications>
Completion of Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu)
Completion of Care Worker Practical Training (Jitsumusha Kenshu)
Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)

Ordinary motor vehicle driver’s license (AT-limited licenses also acceptable)
Age restriction: up to 64 years old *capped at the retirement age
Education: no requirement
