Requirements

One of the following qualifications is required
• Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Level 2)
• Care Worker Practical Training (Jitsumusha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Level 1)
• Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)

Standard motor vehicle driver’s license (automatic-only acceptable)
Inexperienced applicants and those returning after a career gap are welcome
No restrictions on age or educational background
