<Qualifications>
Applicants who hold any one of the following qualifications
• Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)
• Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Level 2) or higher

<Education>
• No requirement

<Age>
• From 22:00 onward, only persons aged 18 or over are permitted (prohibition of late-night work by minors under the Labor Standards Act)
• Up to age 64 (because the retirement age is 65)
