(4) Night shift 16:30–9:30 the next day (60-minute break)
* Night shifts average 4 times per month (depending on the shift)

• Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)
• Jitsumusha Kenshu (Practical Care Worker Training; including Home Helper Level 1 and Care Worker Basic Training)
• Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu; including Home Helper Level 2)

【Required education】
• High school graduate or above
