Requirements

<Qualifications>
Holders of any of the following qualifications
• Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Level 2)
• Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)

<Education>
• No requirement
• Inexperienced applicants accepted

<Age limits>
• 18 to 64 years of age (because the retirement age is 65)
• From 22:00 onward, only persons aged 18 or older are permitted (prohibition of late-night work by minors under the Labor Standards Act)
