• Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Level 2)
• Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)
• Inexperienced applicants accepted

• No requirement

Age limits
• Employment ends at age 64
• From 22:00 onward, only persons 18 or older are permitted (prohibition of late-night work by minors under the Labor Standards Act)
