• Variable scheduled hours (1-month averaging)

• (5) 16:00–10:00 (night shifts: about 4–5 times per month)
Shifts (1) through (5) are shift work. Break time for (5) is 120 minutes.
• Break: 60 minutes
• Overtime: average 8 hours per month

Requirements

• Age restriction applies (18–64)

• Education: no requirement
• Practical experience required
• Home Helper Level 2 required
• Completion of Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu) required
• Regular motor vehicle driver’s license required (automatic-only acceptable)
• Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification) preferred
• Home Helper Level 1 or completion of Care Worker Practical Training (Jitsumusha Kenshu) preferred
