*Night shifts average 4 times per month (depending on the shift)

Requirements

• Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)
• Jitsumusha Kenshu (Certified Care Worker Practical Training; including Home Helper Level 1 and Care Worker Basic Training)
• Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu; including Home Helper Level 2)
