Requirements

• Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu / Home Helper Level 2) or higher
• At least 6 months of practical care-work experience (part-time or casual work experience is acceptable; new graduates also welcome)
• Age 59 or under (retirement age of 60)
