Requirements

Must hold any one of the following qualifications
• Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Level 2)
• Care Worker Practical Training (Jitsumusha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Course Level 1 / Care Worker Basic Training)
• Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)
