Requirements

If you have Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Level 2) or higher, a qualification allowance of 5,000 yen applies.
Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)
Ordinary motor vehicle driver’s license
Able to perform basic computer operations and iPad data entry
Age 64 or under (because the retirement age is 65)
Education: no requirement
