<Qualifications>
Persons who hold any one of the following qualifications
• Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Level 2)
• Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)

<Education>
• No requirement
• Inexperienced applicants accepted

<Age limit>
• 18 to 64 years of age (because the retirement age is 65)
• Work at 22:00 and later is permitted only for persons 18 years of age or older (prohibition of late-night work by minors under the Labor Standards Act)
