* Shorter working hours system available (monthly working hours can be selected from 110–150 hours; if the reason is childcare, it can apply until the child graduates from high school)

Requirements

Experience in the care industry (regardless of the type of duties)
Able to communicate proactively with other departments
Able to treat residents with warmth
Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, email, etc.)
