■ Holders of any one of the following qualifications
• Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu / Home Helper Level 2)
• Jitsumusha Kenshu (practical care-worker training / Home Helper Level 1)
• Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)
