Early shift 7:00–16:00 (60-minute break)
Day shift 8:30–17:30 (60-minute break)
Late shift 11:00–20:00 (60-minute break)
Night shift 17:00–9:00 the next day (90-minute break) *about once a week
*Overtime: average 3 hours/month

Requirements

• Home Helper Level 2
• Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu)
• Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)
Any one of the above is required
1 year or more of practical care work experience
Age 59 or under (retirement age as the upper limit)
*Because serviced housing for older adults staff work includes night shifts, applicants must be 18 or older
