Requirements

■ Applicants who hold either of the following qualifications
Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu) or Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)

■ Applicants from far away are welcome
Commuting by car is possible. The facility has a parking lot, so you can commute with peace of mind.

■ Applicants without a qualification
You may apply. After joining, you will be required to obtain Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu). We cover half of the qualification acquisition cost.

Working hours

Holidays

Shift work (two days off every week) * 9 days off per month (8 days in February only) Days off can be adjusted for family or children’s errands
