Working hours

8:00–17:00, 9:00–18:00; shift work * 60-minute break

Holidays

• 8–10 days off per month (Sundays fixed off; shift work) * 110 days off per year └ Around the 20th of each month, submit requested days off and decide the following month’s shift through discussion └ An environment where consecutive days off for travel and other advance plans can also be discussed
