Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)
Completion of Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu)
Completion of Care Worker Practical Training (Jitsumusha Kenshu)

Age restriction applies: 18 to 59 years old (because the work involves late-night duties and the retirement age is 60)
Education not required
Required PC skills: Basic operations such as data entry in Word and Excel
