Requirements

Ordinary motor vehicle driver’s license (automatic-only acceptable)
One of the following is required: Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification), Shakai Fukushishi (certified social worker), or Shakai Fukushishi Shuji
* Inexperienced applicants welcome (on average, 65% of new hires join without prior experience)
