Requirements

Either Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification) or Shakai Fukushishi (certified social worker) is required
Ordinary motor vehicle driver’s license (AT-limited licenses accepted)

*No experience required (on average, 65% of hires joined with no prior experience)
