Application requirement: Holders of the Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)

Requirements

Hold any one of the following qualifications
• Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Level 2)
• Care Worker Practical Training (Jitsumusha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Course Level 1 / Care Worker Basic Training)
• Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)

Working hours

Holidays

6 or more days off per 4 weeks (Days off are set on the shift schedule) * Decisions are made while considering your preferences.
