Requirements

Hold any one of the following qualifications
- Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Level 2)
- Kaigo Fukushishi Jitsumusha Kenshu (Jitsumusha Kenshu; certified care-worker practical training; formerly Home Helper Course Level 1 / Care Worker Basic Training)
- Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)
