• Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)
• Completion of Care Worker Practical Training (Jitsumusha Kenshu)

Ordinary motor vehicle driver’s license (automatic transmission-restricted licenses also acceptable)
Any one of the following qualifications is acceptable
Education and experience not required
Age 65 or under (upper limit is the retirement age)
