Holders of any one of the following qualifications
• Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)
• Completers of Care Worker Practical Training (Jitsumusha Kenshu)
• Completers of Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu)
Ordinary motor vehicle driver’s license (AT-restricted licenses also acceptable)
Up to age 65; retirement age as the upper limit
