Requirements

One of the following qualifications is required.
◇ Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification)
◇ Care Worker Practical Training (Jitsumusha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Level 1)
◇ Care Worker Initial Training (Shoninsha Kenshu; formerly Home Helper Level 2)

Work from 22:00 to 5:00 the next day is for those aged 18 or older
(Reason for the age restriction: late-night work under Article 61 of the Labor Standards Act)
