Requirements

One of the following is required: Kaigo Fukushishi (Japan’s national certified care-worker qualification), Shakai Fukushishi (Certified Social Worker), or Shakai Fukushi Shuji Ninyo Shikaku (Social Welfare Officer appointment qualification)
Ordinary motor vehicle driver’s license (automatic-transmission-only licenses accepted)

* Inexperienced applicants welcome (on average, 65% of hires started with no experience)
